1/2 cup plain yogurt |
2 tablespoons tahini (commercial ok, homemade preferred) |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 dash ground red pepper |
1 garlic clove, minced |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. 2. Stir with a wire whisk until well blended. 3. Cover and chill. |
