Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons tahini (commercial ok, homemade preferred)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 dash ground red pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Stir with a wire whisk until well blended.
3. Cover and chill.
