Fast and easy to make. A nice, fresh addition to any meal. Ingredients:
3 big red tomatoes |
2 cucumbers |
1 cup parsley (more or less depending on your taste) |
1 t lemon juice |
2 t olive oil |
1 c of tahini (again, more or less depending on your taste) |
Directions:
1. Chop vegetables and parsley into small pieces 2. Add lemon juice and olive oil 3. Add tahini a little at a time |
