Found this recipe online... not sure what I think of it. I'd love to hear suggestions for making it great! Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves |
1 (14 ounce) can chickpeas |
1/4 cup tahini |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1/8 teaspoon cayenne |
1 (10 ounce) can vegetable broth, heated |
500 g rotini pasta |
2 cups broccoli florets |
2 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. In a food processor, combine garlic, chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, soy sauce, and cayenne and process until smooth. Stir in broth and keep warm. 2. Cook rotini according to package directions. Add broccoli during last 5 minutes of cooking. 3. Drain pasta and broccoli. Toss with sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds. |
