Ingredients:
1 cup(s) tahini |
1 cup(s) water |
3 clove(s) garlic, minced |
salt, to taste |
juice of 2 medium lemons |
1/4 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. In a food processor, mix tahini with water to soften the paste. Add garlic and salt, and drizzle in lemon juice and olive oil a little at a time, beating vigorously, until a thick creamy spread forms. Place in a serving bowl and garnish with parsley or paprika and an olive. |
