The Horn of the Moon by Ginny Callan Ingredients:
1 cup tahini |
1 lemon, juice of |
3/4 cup water |
3 cloves garlic, minced |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley |
2 teaspoons tamari |
1 dash cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix Tahini with lemon juice in a bowl, then slowly add water until the tahini thins out. 2. Stir in garlic, cumin, parsley, tamari and cayenne. |
