Healthy tasty Chicken Salad Ingredients:
1/2 cup tahini |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1/4 cup water |
1/4 tsp ground cumin seeds |
2 cloves garlic minced |
sea salt or soy sauce |
2 cups chicken ( cooked ) |
1 cup cucumber |
1 cup tomato |
1/4 cup parsley |
2 cups cauliflower |
4-6 cups brown rice cooked |
Directions:
1. Mix Tahini ,lemon juice and water in a bowl 2. add Garlic and Cumin 3. add Chicken,Cucumber,Tomato,Parsley and Cauliflower 4. Add Tahini sauce into Chicken Veggie 5. Place Salad on top of Brown rice and serve 6. (optional add Avocado) |
