Tahini Brown Rice With Lentils

I love this recipe. I adapted it from my Fresh cook book. It can be a side dish or a main dish. I tend to leave room for change in my recipes for others to make their own. The cooking time varies on the rice you choose.
Ingredients:
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp lemon juice
2/3 cup water
1/2 cup tahini
1 serving of brown rice
1/4 cup lentils
Directions:
1. Tahini sauce: Add the garlic, salt, lemon juice, water and tahini into a food processor and blend.
2. Rice: Cook rice according to directions.
3. Stir in tahini sauce and lentils. Serve as a side dish.
4. To create a main dish: Steam some vegetables and add it to the rice (I prefer green veggies like broccoli, swiss card, boy choy).
5. Top with soy sauce.
6. Add tofu and toasted seeds or nuts for extra protein.
