Ingredients:
2 c. sesame seed paste
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
parsley and paprika, to garnish
Directions:
1. Stir sesame seed paste, water, and lemon juice together until creamy. Add rest of ingredients, mix. Sprinkle paprika on top. Serve with pita bread. (To use as a salad dressing, add more water.)
