2 c. sesame seed paste |
1 1/2 c. water |
1/2 c. lemon juice |
2 cloves garlic, crushed |
1/2 tsp. salt |
1/8 tsp. pepper |
parsley and paprika, to garnish |
Directions:
1. Stir sesame seed paste, water, and lemon juice together until creamy. Add rest of ingredients, mix. Sprinkle paprika on top. Serve with pita bread. (To use as a salad dressing, add more water.) |
