Despite the ingredients, this is the BEST, it tastes just like a Taffy Apple Ingredients:
1/2 cup granulated sugar |
1-1/2 tablespoons white distilled vinegar |
1 egg beaten |
1 tablespoon flour |
1 -1/2 cups spanish peanuts |
2 cups miniature marshmallows |
8 ounce cool whip |
20 ounce can of crushed pineapple in juice (not syrup)drained & juice set aside in saucepan |
3 to 4 cups apples |
Directions:
1. Day Before: Mix Pineapple Juice, Flour, Vinegar, Sugar, & Egg in Saucepan, over LOW Heat, Stir until Thickened. Cool, and Refrigerate in a Covered Bowl. In Another Bowl Mix together Minature Marshmallows & Pineapple together, Cover & Refrigerate 2. Next Day: Mix Everything Together & Add Nuts & Apples & Cool Whip |
