20 ounces toll house chocolate chip cookie dough rolls (weight apx) |
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature |
1 egg |
1/2 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Press 1 roll of cookie dough into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. You may need a tiny bit of the 2nd roll to completely cover the pan. 3. Mix well; cream cheese, sugar and egg in a mixing bowl. Pour over cookie crust. 4. Break 2nd roll of cookie dough into chunks and distribute over top mixture. Press slightly with your hand until top is flat. 5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. |
