                    Great homemade tacos. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 lb ground beef  |  
                                                1 (8 ounce) can kidney beans  |  
                                                lettuce, shredded  |  
                                                tomato, diced  |  
                                                cheese, shredded  |  
                                                avocado, diced  |  
                                                oil  |  
                                                corn tortilla  |  
                                                sour cream  |  
                                                taco sauce  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Brown ground beef; add kidney beans and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Meanwhile, fry corn tortillas in hot oil to desired crispness. 2. In a large bowl, mix lettuce, tomato, cheese and avocado. Add beef and bean mixture and mix well. Serve immediately.
