Ingredients:
tartlet shells |
cream, sour quart 1/4 |
sauce, taco tablespoon 2 |
olives, black, canned, chopped oz 2 |
snacks, tortilla chips, plain -- coarsely crunched (or corn chips) cup 3/4 |
tartlet filling |
beef, ground, regular, (approximately 27% fat), raw lb 1 |
seasoning, taco tablespoon 2 |
water tablespoon 1 |
cheese, cheddar, grated/shredded cup 1 |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425F. 2. Combine all tartlet shell ingredients and mix well. 3. Divide tartlet shell mixture and press into mini-muffin cups. 4. Heat ground beef over medium heat until browned. 5. Mix together beef, taco mix and water. 6. Place a spoonful of filling mixture in each shell, mounding slightly. 7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top and bake 7 to 8 minutes. 8. Gently remove tartlets from muffin cups with the tip of a knife. Serve hot. |
