Great little appetizers. Ingredients:
1/2 lb ground beef |
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans |
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning |
1/4 cup chopped cilantro |
48 wonton wrappers |
3 cups shredded monterey jack cheese |
sour cream |
minced red onions or sliced green onion |
minced red bell pepper |
chopped jalapeno pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 350 degrees. 2. In skillet, cook beef until browned. Add beans, taco seasoning, cilantro and 2/3 cup water. Let simmer 5 minute. 3. Place 24 wrappers in 2 greased (12-wells each) muffin pans; coat with cooking spray. Spoon 1/2 beef mixture and 1/2 cheese into wells. 4. Repeat layering with remaining wrappers, beef mixture and cheese. Bake in preheated oven for about 15 minutes. Serve with toppings as desired. |
