Taco-Stuffed Pasta Shells |

Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs ground beef |
3 ounces cream cheese |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
18 large pasta shells, cooked and drained |
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, melted |
1 cup prepared taco sauce |
4 ounces shredded taco cheese |
1 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef; drain if necessary. 2. Add cream cheese and chili powder; simmer for 5 minutes. 3. Toss shells with melted butter and fill with meat mixture. 4. Arrange shells in a 9x13 baking pan. 5. Pour taco sauce over each shell. 6. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. 7. Uncover and top with shredded cheese; bake 10 minutes more or until bubbly. 8. Serve with sour cream. |
