Taco Stuffed Pasta Shells |

From Carnation. Ingredients:
16 jumbo pasta shells, cooked |
1 lb hamburger meat |
1 1/4 ounces taco seasoning mix |
1 cup water |
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
16 ounces salsa |
sour cream |
tomato |
lettuce |
Directions:
1. Pre-Heat Oven to 350F. 2. Cook and drain beef. 3. Add seasoning mix and waer to beef and cook about 5 minutes (until thick). 4. Then add beans, 3/4 cup of the chedder and mix well. 5. Spread 1/4 salsa over the bottom of (2) 8 inch square baking dishes. 6. Fill each pasta shell with the mixture and place the pasta shells (filled-side up) in each baking dish. 7. Spoon remaining salsa over shells. 8. Cover with foil and bake for 40-45 minutes. 9. Top with taco toppings (sour cream, lettuce, tom.) to taste. |
