Ingredients:
2 can(s) 10 oz. chilistyle diced tomatoes with green chiles, undrained
1 can(s) 12 oz light beer
1 can(s) 15 oz. black beans, undrained
2 can(s) 15 oz. whole kernel corn
1 can(s) 16 oz pinto beans undrained
1 cup(s) chopped red onions
1.5 pound(s) ground beef
1 package(s) ranch dressing mix
1 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips, cilantro
1 package(s) taco seasoning
1 1/2 cup(s) water
Directions:
1. Cool beef and onion in a large skillet over mediumhigh heat, stirring until meat crubles and is no longer pink; drain.
2. Combine meat mixture, taco seasoning mix and next 7 ingredients in a 5 1/2 quart slow cooker.
3. Cover and cook on Low 56 horus.
4. Serve with desired toppings listed.
5. Makes 16 cups
