FOR WEIGHT WATCHERS TACO SOUP RECIPE, USE GROUND TURKEY = 2 WW POINTS PER CUP. PER
Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 oz. hidden valley ranch dressing mix
1 oz. taco seasoning mix
16 oz. pinto beans
16 oz. chili beans (either hot or regular)
16 oz. whole kernel corn
8 oz. rotel tomatoes (hot or mild)
8 oz. diced tomatos (any flavor)
Directions:
1. BROWN MEAT AND ONIONS AND DRAIN.
2. MIX RANCH & TACO SEASONING INTO MEAT
3. ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS, UNDRAINED TO MIXTURE
4. SIMMER 1 HOUR
