It's Delicious! It's easy! It's a one-pot wonder! It's the best if served with tortilla chips, cheese and sour cream! Learned this one from my cousin who lives in Georgia. Thanks Nikki! Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
2 tablespoons minced garlic |
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans |
1 (15 ounce) can corn |
1 (12 ounce) can rotel tomatoes |
1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes |
1 (1 ounce) package hidden valley® original ranch® dressing |
1/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. Brown the hamburger with the garlic and onion in a soup pot until just browned. 2. Add the rest of the ingredients, and stir together thoroughly. 3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes. 4. Serve with tortilla chips and cheese and sour cream, if desired. |
