This is my favorite soup recipe and it couldn't be easier to make! Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger meat |
1 cup salsa |
14 ounces corn |
14 ounces green beans |
14 ounces diced tomatoes |
14 ounces black beans |
14 ounces kidney beans |
1 1/4 ounces taco seasoning mix |
1 ounce ranch dressing mix |
2 1/4 ounces black olives |
tortilla chips |
shredded cheddar cheese or mexican blend cheese |
sour cream |
Directions:
1. Put all crockpot ingredients in the crockpot on High for 3 hours (or on low for 6-8 hours). Do not drain the canned ingredients. 2. Serve in bowl with chips, cheese, and sour cream on top. |
