This is a wonderful hearty soup and so simple to make. Keeps well in refrigerator. Ingredients:
3 (16 ounce) cans beans (any kind) |
2 (16 ounce) cans diced tomatoes |
1 (16 ounce) can corn |
1 (16 ounce) can water |
1 lb hamburger, browned & drained |
1 (4 ounce) package ranch dressing (dry) |
1 (4 ounce) package taco seasoning |
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies |
1 large onion (i sauteed with the beef) |
Directions:
1. I used a can of pintos, black and kidney. Not drained. I also didn't drain the corn. 2. Mix together and simmer 3. Serve with shredded cheese, tortilla chips and spoon of sour cream. |
