This recipe came from the magazine Cooking for 2. It is very good if you like tacos and the like but can't have all the salt. Ingredients:
8 teaspoons dried onion, minced |
2 tablespoons chili powder |
2 teaspoons cornstarch |
2 teaspoons garlic powder |
2 teaspoons cumin, ground |
1 teaspoon oregano, dried |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. 2. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to a year. |
