Catalina dressing can replace Russian dressing if desired. Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger |
1 (15 ounce) can red kidney beans |
1 lettuce head |
red onion |
tomato |
cheddar cheese |
taco chips, crushed |
Directions:
1. Cook and drain 1 lb hamburger; wash and drain red kidney beans. Refrigerate both for at least 1 hour. 2. Chop lettuce, tomatoes and onion; mix together in a large bowl. 3. Add chilled hamburger, beans, cheddar cheese, crushed taco chips. 4. Before serving add bottle of dressing. |
