Healthy dressing for a healthy dinner! This recipe was adapted from an American Heart Association cookbook (circa 1987). Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese |
6 oz. plain nonfat yogurt |
3 tbsp light mayonnaise |
3 tbsp 1% milk |
6 tbsp ketchup |
3 medium scallions |
3 tbsp hot sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Great as a dip, too. |
