Healthy dressing for a healthy dinner! This recipe was adapted from an American Heart Association cookbook (circa 1987).
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
6 oz. plain nonfat yogurt
3 tbsp light mayonnaise
3 tbsp 1% milk
6 tbsp ketchup
3 medium scallions
3 tbsp hot sauce
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Great as a dip, too.
