Ingredients:
4 pound(s) ground chuck browned/drained
4 head(s) romaine lettuce chopped
4 quart(s) cherry/grape tomatoes cut in half
4 seedless cucumbers cut into quaters
4 cup(s) cheddar cheese shredded
4 package(s) taco seasoning
2-lg bottle(s) zesty italian dressing
2-lg bag(s) doritos - taco seasoned crushed
Directions:
1. In a large saute pan, cook ground chuck until brown
2. , Drain excess fat
3. Add taco seasining
4. Let cool
5. Chop romaine lettuce
6. Slice tomatoes in half
7. Slice seedless cucumbers, then cut into quarters
8. Crush Doritos in the bag
9. In a large aluminum roasting pan, layer ingredients as follows: seasoned meat, chopped romaine lettuce, sliced cherry/grape tomatoes, quartered seedless cucumbers, shredded cheddar cheese & crushed Doritos
10. Right before searving: Coat with of Zesty Italian dressing, making sure to mix thoroughly
