A delicious taco salad that is great for summer barbecues. This recipe is from a friend at work. Ingredients:
1 head lettuce,chopped |
1 avocado,diced |
1 cucumber,diced |
2 large tomatoes,diced |
1 can olives,sliced |
1 can kidney beans,washed |
1 bag taco chips,slightly crushed |
1 pkg. dry taco seasoning |
1 pkg dry ranch seasoning |
1 c mayonnaise |
1 c milk |
1/2 to 1c shredded cheddar or mexican blend cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix vegetables together. Add taco chips to vegetables. Blend taco seasoning,ranch dressing,mayo and milk. Add dressing to vegetables and chips and serve. |
