This recipe has been in our family for years. It just has a slight variation then the norm. Ingredients:
1 head lettuce |
1 (11 1/2 ounce) bag nacho cheese flavor doritos |
1 -1 1/2 lb ground chuck |
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet taco seasoning |
1/2 a chopped green pepper |
1 large chopped tomato |
italian dressing |
finely shredded cheese |
Directions:
1. Brown hamburger; add taco seasoning and water according to package. 2. Mix in drained kidney beans. Put all in a medium bowl. 3. Wash, rinse, and break lettuce into salad style pieces. 4. Place Doritos (broken into small/medium pieces), shredded cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and Italian dressing in separate bowls. |
