This is the one I make over and over. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
3 tomatoes, chopped |
1/2-1 cup onion, chopped |
1 (4 ounce) package taco seasoning |
14 ounces pinto beans |
1 head iceberg lettuce |
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded |
8 ounces catalina dressing |
10 ounces doritos, crushed |
Directions:
1. Brown beef; drain. 2. Add taco seasoning and some water. 3. Simmer a few minutes then add beans and simmer until cooked down as desired. 4. Make salad, adding meat mixture and chips last. 5. Serve immediately. |
