Ingredients:
1/2 pound ground round |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1/4 cup salsa |
4 baking potatoes, baked |
1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese |
1/4 cup chopped green onions |
Directions:
1. Cook meat and onion in a nonstick skillet until browned, stirring to crumble meat. Stir in salsa. Spoon mixture evenly into each potato and top with cheese and chopped green onions. |
