Great Taco dip that can be served for any party. Keep cooked meat in freezer and other ingredients on hand for a quick throw together dip.
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 16 oz. jar medium salsa
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 8 oz. package of cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded mexican cheese blend
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef until cooked through.
2. Add salsa and taco seasoning mix to ground beef, mix well
3. In a 9 inch pie plate spread the softened cream cheese.
4. Spread beef mixture over the cream cheese.
5. Top with Mexican Cheese Blend.
6. Microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes or until the cheese has melted and is slightly bubbly.
7. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
