Great for football Sundays! A snack or a meal-your and your guests will love this filling dip!! Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground turkey |
12 oz. salsa |
1 oz. taco seasoning |
8 oz. cream cheese (1/3 less fat) |
1 c shredded cheddar cheese |
1 oz. corn chips |
Directions:
1. Spread cream cheese over the bottom of an 8x8 pyrex dish. (If you're doubling the recipe use two of these or combine into a 9x13 pyrex dish.) 2. Brown the lean ground turkey, add 1/2 a package Old El Paso Taco seasoning and stir until well mixed. Add 12 oz. Pace Chunky salsa and stir until well mixed. 3. Pour the meat/salsa mixture over the cream cheese. Top this with shredded cheddar cheese. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until you can see the sides bubbling. 5. Serve with whatever variety of tostidos you enjoy the most (some guacamole on the side is a great addition, too!). |
