This sounds like something that would be quick and easy to make. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent dinner rolls |
2 cups crushed corn chips, divided |
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 envelope taco seasoning |
1 cup sour cream (8 ounces) |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces) |
Directions:
1. Unroll crescent dough into a rectangle; press onto the bottom and 1 inch up the sides of a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. 2. Seal seams and perforations. 3. Sprinkle with 1 cup of chips; set aside. 4. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. 5. Stir in tomato sauce and taco seasoning; bring to a boil. 6. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. 7. Spoon over chips. 8. Top with sour cream, cheese and remaining chips. 9. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. |
