I've tried this recipe on the barbecue but not in the oven yet. One day when we have the Chili Baked Potatoes, I will try the oven version. Enjoy! Ingredients:
8 pieces corn |
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix |
1/2 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Heat grill. Cut 2 tin foil sheets large enough to hold 4 pieces of corn in each. In a small dish combine the butter and seasoning. Heat until butter is melted. Brush over all pieces of corn and wrap the tin foil into packets. Grill over medium high heat for 25 to 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Open packets carefully so the steam can escape...OR... 2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees, follow the instructions for the grill and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. |
