The flavorful filling in these wraps has a definate kick, but you can adjust the chiles and peppers to suit your taste. Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained |
1 (9 3/4 ounce) can white chicken meat, drained |
4 ounces shredded cheddar-monterey monterey jack cheese |
2 tablespoons diced jalapeno peppers |
2 teaspoons taco seasoning |
6 (6 inch) flour tortillas, warmed |
taco sauce (optional) |
sour cream (optional) |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the tomatoes, chicken, cheese, jalopeno, and taco seasoning. 2. Place about 1/3 cupful down the center of each tortilla. 3. Roll up and place the seam side down in a greased 11x7 baking dish. 4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until heated through. 5. Serve with taco sauce, and sour cream if desired. |
