i adopted this recipe and am not sure what to do with the salsa and ranch dressing.....mix it together? if anyone tries this let me know and i will edit... Ingredients:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced |
1 tablespoon canola oil |
1 tablespoon chili powder |
1 (16 ounce) package salad greens |
1 (8 ounce) bottle salsa |
1 (8 ounce) bottle ranch dressing |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet on a medium-high heat. 2. Brown chicken and add chili powder. 3. Cook until chicken is brown on all sides. 4. Toss chicken mixture in a large bowl with the green salad. 5. Add dressing and cheese. 6. Toss well together. 7. Place in 6 individual plates. 8. Top with crushed tortilla chips before serving. |
