something my DS and I put together recently,it is Great for leftover chichen. Ingredients:
3 cups chopped chicken |
1 (1 1/3 ounce) envelope taco seasoning |
1 cup uncooked white rice |
2 cups chopped celery |
1 green bell pepper, seeded, and chopped |
2 (15 ounce) cans mexican-style stewed tomatoes |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients into slow cooker and mix well. 2. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours. |
