From my old Tex-Mex recipe collection. Ingredients:
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can campbell bean with bacon soup |
4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded |
1/2 cup chopped onion, chopped |
1/2 cup taco sauce |
Directions:
1. In large bowl of electric mixer, beat ingredients until smooth. Chill. 2. On waxed paper, shape mixture until you form 2 logs (8 x 1 1/2). 3. Roll in parsley. 4. Refrigerate. |
