From my DS. Mexican food appears on our menu at least once a week! Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground chuck |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can campbell tomato soup |
1 cup picante sauce |
1 cup grated cheese |
1 onion, chopped |
1 bell pepper, chopped |
2 cups crumbled tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Brown and drain meat. 2. Mix all ingredients except cheese together. 3. Put in greased glass dish. 4. Bake at 350 degrees and after removing from oven sprinkle cheese on top. |
