A fresh and easy to prepare oriental salad. Cook time is chill time. Ingredients:
1 bunch parsley |
1 bunch mint |
4 small tomato |
1 bunch green onion |
1 cucumber |
100 g bulgur |
20 ml olive oil |
1 lemon |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Prepare bulgur according package instructions. 2. Chop cucumber, green onion and tomato (without seeds). 3. Chop parsley and mint. 4. Mix dressing out of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. 5. Mix bulgur with chopped vegetables and dressing. 6. Chill for 2 hours. |
