1 cup bulgur, dry |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1/8 cup olive oil |
2 cloves garlic |
2 green onions |
1 cup parsley |
1 tomato |
1/2 cucumber |
1/2 cup red onion |
Directions:
1. Soak bulgur in 1 1/2 cup boiling water for 30 minutes. 2. Stir together with remaining ingredients. |
