Classic salad that tastes better the longer it sits in the fridge Ingredients:
1 cup bulgur wheat |
1 1/2 cups water |
1 1/2 tsp salt |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
2 tbsp olive oil |
4 tbsp onion |
1 cup parsley |
1/2 cup fresh mint |
4 tomatoes |
Directions:
1. add bulgur wheat to boiling water and let stand for 30 minutes 2. combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper 3. finely chop parsley, onion, mint, and tomatoes 4. mix all together well |
