My bud T-Roy gave me this recipe, and although I myself have not made it, I've been happy to eat a lot of good stuff he and his wife have made while utilizing this marinade. Lucky me, LOL. Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup dijon-style mustard |
1/4 cup minced green onions with top |
1/4 cup light brown sugar, tightly packed |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 dash worcestershire sauce |
black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. Blend well. 2. Use to marinade shrimp, scallops etc. for 1 hour. 3. For beef, wild game, (IE: venison, elk, moose, bear etc.) pork or any poultry Go for 8 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. |
