Ingredients:
store-bought vanilla ice cream |
dark rum caramel sauce, recipe follows |
store-bought whipped cream |
1/2 cup butter |
1 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup dark rum |
Directions:
1. Scoop ice cream into serving dishes. Drizzle with caramel sauce. Finish with a dollop of whipped cream. 2. A viewer, who may not be a professional cook, provided this recipe. Add butter and sugar to saute pan, cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, add rum. Return to grill and touch to flame to cook off alcohol. Remove from heat and cool slightly. |
