Secrets of Hungarian Cooking. I haven't made this yet so I have no idea about the time or amount, but I do have a milk cow and plans. I don't even know where to put the little rascal so I'm going side dish. If anyone has a better place let me know. Dee. Ingredients:
1 quart milk |
1 cup sugar |
8 -10 eggs |
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves |
salt |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into a large saucepan and bring to a boil. 2. Cook, stirring constantly, until it begins to curdle. 3. Pour into a cheesecloth bag or cheesecloth lined colander to drain and set as it cools. |
