A vegan delectable dish that best suits your healthy meatless eating. Ingredients:
200 g broccoli |
200 g cauliflower |
100 g baby corn, cut into 1/2 inch |
50 g green beans, cut into 1/2 inch |
1 carrot, cut into 1 inch |
8 ounces canned mushrooms, diced |
150 g firm tofu, diced |
6 tablespoons teriyaki sauce |
3 tablespoons stir-fry sauce |
3/4 cup water |
2 teaspoons all-purpose flour |
1 tablespoon canola oil |
Directions:
