THIS IS A SPICY SZECHUAN MEAL IF YOU LOVE PASTAS AND SPICY FOODS THIS IS FOR YOU , IT IS A FAST EASY MEAL
Ingredients:
8 ounces thin dried asian noodles ( or you can use linguine)
4 tablespoons oriental sesame oil
3 tablespoons chopped peanuts
2 tablespoons finely chopped peeled fresh ginger
3 large garlic cloves, minced
6 tablespoons bottled teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon asian -chili-garlic sauce
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced red onions
Directions:
1. COOK NOODLES IN A LARGE POT OF BOILING SALTED WATER, UNTIL TENDER BUT STILL FIRM TO BITE. DRAIN; RETURN NOODLES TO SAME POT, MIX IN 1 TABLESPOON SESAME OIL AND PEANUTS.
2. HEAT 3 TABLESPOONS OF SESAME OIL THAT IS LEFT IN A HEAVY SMALL SKILLET OVER MEDIUM - LOW -HEAT.
3. ADD GINGER AND GARLIC; STIR10 SECONDS.
4. ADD TERIYAKI SAUCE,LIME JUICE, AND CHILI GARLIC SAUCE; SIMMER 30 SECONDS.
5. MIX SAUCE AND ONIONS INTO NOODLES.
6. SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER
7. SERVE IMMED.
8. IF YOU LIKE YOU CAN ADD SOME RED BELL PEPPERS TO GIVE IT SOME CRUNCH
