An asian twist to the traditional hot wings Ingredients:
3 lbs chicken wing sections (fresh or frozen) |
3 tblsp dark soy sauce |
2 tsp chili bean paste (toban djan) |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
hot sauce (optional) |
2 tsp peanut oil |
sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Place wing sections flat on a baking sheet 3. Cook for 35 minutes, turning once or until juices from wings run clear 4. In a large wok or non-stick sautee pan, on medium heat, combine soy sauce, bean paste, garlic (hot sauce if used) and oil. 5. Add wings to pan and toss until coated with mixture. 6. Sprinkle finished wings with sesame seeds and serve warm. |
