2 cups minced meat |
2 cups beans |
1/2 cup vegtable oil |
2 cups basmati rice |
1 cup shreaded carrot |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
salt peper |
toasted nuts for decorating |
3 cups water |
Directions:
1. heat the oil and add the onion meat and spices 2. then add th beans and stirr them alittle bit 3. then add the carrots and on a low heat for 5 minutes 4. then add the rice and the water and cook them as you know 5. when serving them add the nuts on the top 6. you can remove the meat if you like 7. serve it with my yogurt salad |
