Great for chilli or pasta meals. Ingredients:
1 small french bread or 1 small day old sandwich bread |
1/2 cup soft margarine or 1/2 cup butter |
1 teaspoon garlic salt or 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic |
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Cut bread into 1 thick slices. 3. Mix together, garlic, butter and parsley. 4. Spread on bread, on both sides. 5. Place in cookie sheets, and broil until toasted. 6. Variation: Put some shredded mozzarella cheese. |
