Japanese Meals on the Go – Bento Boxes by Naomi Kijima Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces swordfish |
1 teaspoon cooking oil |
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce |
1/2 tablespoon mirin |
1/2 tablespoon sake |
1/2 tablespoon water |
japanese roasted nori, seaweed |
Directions:
1. Slice the swordfish into 3/8” strips. Sauté in oil. 2. Add the liquid ingredients and bring to a boil. Cook the swordfish until well glazed. 3. Remove from pan and wrap with strips of roasted seaweed. |
