500 g french beans, washed and trimmed |
1 cup oil |
1 tablespoon red chili |
1 teaspoon turmeric |
1 tablespoon onion seeds |
1 tablespoon cumin seed |
1 cup lemon juice |
salt |
100 g green chilies |
100 g garlic, peeled and halved |
1 tablespoon mustard powder |
1 tablespoon fenugreek seeds (methi ) |
1 tablespoon funnel seeds |
Directions:
1. cut the beans into 1/2 inch pieces.mix all spices in beans also add green chillies and garlic. 2. add things in pan with oil.stir it on medium flame for 10 minutes. 3. then add lemon juice and cook for more 2 minutes. 4. when it's cool down then put it into airtight jar and enjoy. |
